Shipping Rates and Policies

Most Items will ship within 2 to15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.FREE Shipping of ALL products.  For Canadian orders,duties and customs are responsibility of the buyer. Generally the delivery service or the customs office will call you with the charges for the extra Canadian fees.  


Products  will be shipped within 2-15 business days. Sometimes special circumstances arise and shipping may take a bit longer. If a situation arises that will delay your order in any way we will contact you by phone or email.


Sometimes situations arise that are out of our control.  Among the most common is damaged merchandise through shipping.  In the case that your order, in whole or in part, is damaged by the carrier it has to be claimed with that carrier.  We will replace defective merchandise but cannot be held liable for the actions of the freight carrier.

Return Policy

For returns and exchanged please notify us within 10 days from the day you receive your order should you want to return or exchange  your merchandise. Exchange is available for the same products within 30 days.  Manufacture warranty, for defective material,  is in effect for products.  International orders (outside of the continental USA)  are responsible for shipping costs.

We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you're not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please [contact us] for information on returning a product prior to doing so.

Backorder Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry.  Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Damaged Goods Policy

Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
